1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Kakwanzi Curations, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

2. Products & Availability

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or discontinue products. Product descriptions are accurate to the best of our knowledge but not warranted as entirely accurate or error-free.

3. Pricing

All prices in AUD include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Changes apply only to orders placed after the change takes effect.

4. Payment

Accepted: Credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Afterpay. Payment must be received in full before your order is processed.

5. Orders & Confirmation

Order confirmation confirms receipt; it does NOT constitute acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Domestic: 2–10 business days. FREE shipping on orders over $150 AUD. International: 7–21 business days.

7. Returns & Refunds

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery, unused and in original condition. Faulty items refunded within 2–3 weeks.

8. Defective Products

Contact within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll arrange replacement or full refund.

9. Gift Cards

Gift Cards do not expire, are non-refundable (except by law), and not redeemable for cash.

10. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability is limited to the purchase price. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on kakwanzi.com is our property or our suppliers'. You may not reproduce without written permission.

12. User Conduct

You agree not to use our site for illegal purposes, harass staff, hack systems, or engage in fraud.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
